PRODUCT DESCRIPTION AND FEATURES

It is an industrial oil formulated to be used in closed heat transfer systems with operating temperatures up to 300°C and 320°C. The evaporation pressure of the oil at high temperatures is lower than atmospheric pressure. It is suitable for use in piping systems that are appropriate for high pressure during transfer. Furthermore, its thermal stability is very high.[cite: 9]

MATTERS TO BE CONSIDERED IN OPERATING CONDITIONS

To prevent the oil film temperature from exceeding 335°C, circulation must be started prior to heating and continued for at least two hours even after heating is completed. The oil flow pattern must always be turbulent, and the flow velocity should be around 2.5-3 m/s. The heater should not contain refractory material. In the event of an oil pump failure, there should be an alarm in the system and, if possible, it should engage as a backup pump or be put into operation manually and quickly. The flame must never be in direct contact with the heater tube. In such cases, thermal cracking can occur due to sudden localized high temperatures. There must be an expansion tank at the highest point of the system, and the temperature in this expansion tank should not exceed 60°C. There must be adequate ventilation valves to expel the trapped air and water vapor from the system during initial heating. The initial heating up to 110°C should be done quite slowly, and water vapor and air must be expelled from the system using the ventilation valves. Pressure gauges and temperature indicators should be placed at critical points of the system, and the system must be kept under constant control.[cite: 9]

It is a heat transfer oil recommended for use in chemical plants, textile enterprises, chipboard factories, asphalt sites, and oil-heated radiators used in homes.
